In the fairy tale “Chicken Little,” when an acorn falls and hits Chicken Little on its head the chick believes that the sky is falling and runs around spreading the news. There may be many Chicken Littles running around while looking up on Friday when the NASA UARS satellite is due to fall to earth. Let’s hope that – unlike Chicken Little – the space junk does not land on someone’s head – or house. As Grandma heard it the satellite is the size of a school bus. Holy Moly! What’s an earthling to do? Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide. Since even the NASA scientists haven’t a clue where the satellite will fall, Grandma hope that it lands in the ocean and makes a huge splash.
