I have reviewed the long range outlooks as well as the short term outlooks and it appears as if spring arrived well really in February. The models show a constant period of temps in the 60′s and 70′s through the 26th of this month. It also appears as if it will be fairly dry during this period of time as well. The severe weather threat appears as if it will be over Oklahoma, Texas and Nevada, and storm systems will pretty much come east and dry out on the way. So if you live in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, Southeast and even the great lakes, get ready to enjoy warmer than average springtime weather. I will have more details later or tomorrow with a 7 day outlook. Take care everyone!
