Hey my name is Matthew Hatley. I am 16 and I always loved the weather ever since I was a baby. I used to stand at the door and watch the lightning during thunderstorms. I was a little chap when I used to do that. I am a meterologist for mainly the southeast but occasinally I do forecasts for the whole country. I do my best to give information about the weather to people who ask me what the weather will be like for the day, or the week. My favorite time of the year is winter. I do the best weather forecasting during the winter. I enjoy all of the people who view my forecast, but not only mine but all the other forecasters at Weatheradvance.com

That would be nice, but I’m still debating if I should make a winter forecast myself, my ideas aren’t all too different from yours Matthew or the official preliminary winter forecast issued by us here at Weather Advance. However, if I do make one, it probably won’t be until at least October.

Matthew, please keep them coming. I love winter weather and have always enjoyed weather. I had always wanted to be a meteorologist but, was not able to.
I just want to say that you are doing an excellent job. I share your stories on my FaceBook page after each update. Everyone is always waiting to hear from me….lol. They call me their meteorologist although, I am not…lol.
If there is anything that I can help you out with; please feel free to hit me up. I live in the piedmont of North Carolina. I live just west of the Charlotte area. This is a very hard area to forecast. It seems as though this particular area is always on the battle zone line for ice/rain or snow/rain. I hope that this upcoming winter season that we will get our share. We are certainly due. If if had not been for a little sleet on February; it would have went down in the history books as the only year that the Charlotte Metro Region had never seen any type of winter weather since the 1800′s.
I look forward to your updates. When will you have another full detailed forecast ? If you don’t mind; give me your thoughts on the Charlotte area specifically on the upcoming winter season. Leaves are falling as well as the acorns. We are only a week or so away from the 22nd which is the first day of the Autumn Equinox. Wow, where did this year go.
Thank you again for your hard work. I am sure that everyone that has an interest in winter weather would love to see you continue to update us on the status of our El Nino. Hopefully it will stay a weak to moderate. I do believe that is where we would stand a chance to see more snow for my area; is that correct.
    Regards,
    Bill
