Hey my name is Matthew Hatley. I am 16 and I always loved the weather ever since I was a baby. I used to stand at the door and watch the lightning during thunderstorms. I was a little chap when I used to do that. I am a meterologist for mainly the southeast but occasinally I do forecasts for the whole country. I do my best to give information about the weather to people who ask me what the weather will be like for the day, or the week. My favorite time of the year is winter. I do the best weather forecasting during the winter. I enjoy all of the people who view my forecast, but not only mine but all the other forecasters at Weatheradvance.com

Hey Matthew,

In northwest indiana near southwest michigan. Will it be a warm wet spring? Or just generaly rainy with normal temps? and whats the summer look like??

@ Dan, I think it will be warm a few days and then cooler for a few days and then back up again. So the temperatures should be slightly warmer than normal, but nothing to bad. As for rain, there will be rainy periods because of the lakes up there will be sending moisture trough the area sometime causing heavy rain, but overall in general, I think the rain will be about average to maybe slightly above average.

Central NJ Weather is done forecast. He said that he is tried forecasting when he can’t keep up with the models. He was on this website not me. He said that I’m better and that I should forecast on a website. My February forecast is out. Check it out.

Andrew at weathercentre said winter has been a big disappointment and he’s giving up on it. Good job Eric and gang.

Thanks, I do honestly think Andrew is a good forecaster, and I’ve learned quite a few things from him, I just think sometimes he flip-flops suddenly on forecasts, and I think we are seeing it yet again, but that’s all part of growing as a forecaster.

Yamahas i’m curious do you have a life? O and by the way i’m sorry if i mis spelled words piss you off lol! In case you haven’t noticed i’m typing from my iphone and i spell many words wrong because the keyboard is too small, but what do i care. It’s so funny that you have the time to pick out my flaws. What have I done to you? Bro best advice you’re going to hear….GET A LIFE! Also please don’t tell me you’re an adult because thats very sad!

that’s exactly what is happening, his ip address has been blocked twice today. Im working on it. Just ignore him for now. He is not worth anyone’s trouble.

Your welcome and thank you. The sad thing is I just looked at the stats for his ban. He has tried to access the site 11 times in the last 30 min. Make me wonder if he as anything else to do besides come here and post comments that are rude, vile, and vulgar.

Just be thankful you’re not seeing the drought like your neighbors to your west, very bad like in the 1950s and 1930s out there, and with such dry conditions, could see strong heat waves in that region as well, you look to spared the worst from that.

but i didnt totally give up hope quite yet cause winter is not over yet still have quite a bit of it left. towards now is when my area typacly start getting big snowstorms.

Well looks like winter is rapping up. Atleast I got to see it snow a little which better than last year. Below average winter to average around my area. Been s fun ride guys. On to the beach and spring!
