Your 3 Day Forecast United States

WEATHER ALERT:THERE IS AN ELEVATED RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA. STAY TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES

There is not much going on weather wise in the mid-Atlantic so i decided on down weather days we will just look at the forecast for the next few days.

Today: A storm system will be coming through the coast that originated from the west coast. The Southern Mid-Atlantic namely Southern Virginia and North and South Carolina have a threat for some severe weather today as temperatures hover in the 70’s. Around DC, MD and Southern Pennsylvania you will notice more-so on the side of some light rain showers with temperatures in the 50’s and 60’s.

Today's Forecast

Tomorrow’s Forecast: Virginia showers and thunderstorms will continue to move further off the coast in the Virginia area. Cooler air will spill in behind the front but the southeast in General should be dry. Shower’s the DC/Baltimore and Virginia areas should start to taper off by late afternoon or early evening. Meanwhile another storm system the one currently in California will be pushing into Oklahoma and Texas. Thunderstorms are likely, some may be severe. However expect a chilly day in the northeast.

Monday’s Forecast: The damp wet weather finally moves out of the mid-Atlantic. While Colorado mountains could be dealing with a pretty hefty snowstorm. Temperatures in the mid-west and northeast never do truly rebound as the temperatures linger in the 50’s and 60’s there. But at least it is dry right? However this brings us to our weather alert at the top of the page. We belive that there is a risk of some strong to severe thunderstorms from the system that started out on the west coast as it drops now into texas. The time-frame for the worst of the weather I believe would start around 4pm ET. This would be worse on Tuesday as the storm system drops into texas and Louisiana may get in on some of that. We will have further details on this tomorrow as this storm we have in the east now starts to move off.
