Rain/Snow Mix Possible in The Mid-Atlantic
There is a chance of snow in the upper elevations of the mountains of Virginia and Western Maryland as we head into late Wednesday night. This comes as a stalled out cold front drives a weak area of low pressure to our south. Temperatures in DC and Baltimore may be cold enough to allow some snow flakes to mix in with the rain-showers but the majority of winter precipitation will be to our western suburbs. For a winter that has seen a lack of snow in the mid-Atlantic and northeast this small little bit of spring snow, is just a glimpse at what this winter could have been.
